We provide a custom precision die casting service by utilising our proven Titus four-slide die casting technology, extensive die casting expertise and global manufacturing capabilities.
Improving function
As part of our custom die casting service we are happy to undertake ‘value engineering’ exercises for our customers. This process involves analysing the function and costs of an existing part and then improving the part function and costs as the component design is translated into a product that can be die cast in zinc.
Our 30 years experience of die cast component design and manufacture and the expertise of designers and technicians in other manufacturing processes gives us the ability to carry out this process; it can result in the identification of significant component cost savings or performance improvements.
The ‘in-house’ design and build of die casting equipment and tooling is central to the production of complex, high quality die cast components. Titus die casting machines have excellent performance characteristics which allow us to produce and deliver to our customers parts to the most demanding of quality standards.
We also offer a complete range of post casting services including secondary machining operations, plating, bagging and component assembly from our integrated manufacturing facility.
In addition, our unique Titus Combi Casting technology enables us to offer zinc over moulded parts, typically combining zinc and steel.

Technical service
Technical support is available via remote WIFI link directly to the machine or by a visit by our service technicians if the issues cannot be resolved via the on-line connection. We also offer ‘value engineering’ of new components and advise on how best to tool them to take advantage of the four-slide approach. We are also happy to advise our customers on all aspects of the four-slide process including post casting operations.
Spare parts
Availability of ‘in-stock’ standard spare parts permits fast response and quick delivery times.
Customer training
We can provide a comprehensive training for customers' operators and maintenance personnel. This training can be carried at our company's facilities in Slovenia or by special arrangement at customers' plants.
Repair and Service
We can undertake the repair and refurbishment of many of the machines key components such and goosenecks and melt pots. This service can be tailored to individual customer needs and its main objective is to provide an efficient and cost effective service to our customers who do not wish to carry out these tasks.
