For our India/Middle East sales team we are looking for a

Regional Sales Manager India/Middle East

Our target:

Achievement of our sales targets and business results within specified product groups and countries.
Develop business and account strategies, ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives for the corresponding Titus area/region, respecting and considering the global Titus Group strategies.

Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for the performance, target achievement and development of existing and potential partners/distributors in the defined region
  • Develop the business plan and sales strategy that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
  • Develop and coordinate action plans to penetrate the market for our core products
  • Customer relations and account management, including local market visits and local support
  • Follow the market and the competition (competitive pricing, products, market activities) and react with appropriate measures
  • Answer sales and technical queries in cooperation with the technical support team
  • Exhibit at customer events and trade shows and use these platforms to actively drive sales and build customer relations.

Your profile

  • More than 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in technical/mechanical product groups
  • Proven and successful sales performance and the ability to drive sales
  • Business-appropriate spoken and written English
  • Indian language skills more than welcome
  • Experienced in sales and skilled in negotiations
  • Technical mechanical background
  • Strong understanding of customer and market requirements, preferably with furniture or furniture supplier background
  • Willingness to travel (approximately 50%) and work in a global team
  • Management skills (Strategic approach and long term planning, leadership)
  • Experience with the latest project management tools (e.g. CRM)
  • Located in the Middle-East or India

Our target:

Develop business and account strategies ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives for the corresponding Titus area/region respecting and considering the global Titus Group strategies.

Your responsibility

  • Responsible for the performance, target achievement and development of existing and potential partners for Damping applications
  • Development of sales strategies that ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability
  • Development and coordination of action plans to penetrate the market for our Damping Division
  • Key Account Management, including local market visits and customer support
  • Staying up-to-date on the market and the competition (competitive pricing, products, market activities) and reacting with appropriate measures
  • Answer sales and technical queries in cooperation with the technical support team
  • Coordination of customer requirements at Project management level
  • Exhibiting at customer events and trade shows and using these platforms to actively drive sales and customer relations

Your profile

  • More than 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in technical/mechanical product groups
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in a technically oriented course of study
  • Proven and successful sales performance and the ability to drive technical projects
  • Business-appropriate spoken and written English, other languages welcome
  • Experienced Key sales and skilled negotiator
  • Technical or mechanical background
  • Strong understanding of customer and market requirements, preferably in Furniture/Supplier, White Goods or Automotive industries
  • Willingness to travel (approximately 50%) and work in a global team
  • Management skills (Strategic approach and long-term planning, leadership
  • Experience with the latest project management tools, e.g. CRM
  • Located in Germany or Central Europe
