Today, our damping solutions are used in a wide range of applications— including ovens, cabinet doors and drawers, waste bins, toilet seats, overhead bins, lavatory doors, tray tables, interior and exterior doors, shower doors, pocket doors, commercial refrigerators and many more - creating tailored damping solutions that meet specific functional and design needs. Using advanced camera systems, each damper is inspected to ensure correct assembly, optimal oil levels, and flawless functionality — guaranteeing leak-free, high-performance operation from the very first cycle. The piston rod is pushed and measured, while the camera verifies that every damper meets strict performance standards. This guarantees that every product leaving our facility is built to perform reliably from the first cycle to the last.

Before any Titus damper is integrated into a customer application, it undergoes a series of rigorous tests tailored to assure its durability in the most demanding conditions, like humidity, temperature, and chemical exposure, and performance at these conditions even at the end of its lifetime. to its intended use. We perform all tests according to relevant standards, depending on the application type — as different environments demand different
