High School Students Visit Titus

High School Students Visit Titus

We were delighted to host at our factory students and professors from the Secondary Technical School Koper.

The students are studying the new Mechanical Operator Program which was created at the request of manufacturing companies like ours. During a full tour of our facilities, they watched with interest the processes in the factory in which some of them will have a future rewarding career.

Students were shown the individual products in more detail, which provided an opportunity to understand the technically advanced features. Robert Jakin, Head of Projects at Titus Technologies, showed the students the production of the innovative automatic assembly systems. They were extremely interested in the assembly technology where Titus have many years of experience developing solutions for leading manufacturing companies.

The students were excited with our presentation of the specific work they could look forward to after schooling. The mechanical operator program is a new and welcome addition to the local education curriculum which aims to prepare students for the practical and specialist needs of local industry and as such Titus is actively involved in the program. This also gives us a chance to highlight the opportunities which are available and to welcome the next generation with their new ideas and enthusiasm.

Titus will take five of the students for practical training for a period of three years. And we are pleased to note three of the students are Titus scholarship holders.

We are happy to host and guide aspiring students and are excited to see their development and contribution to building our company into the future. Investing in their future and ours will keep Koper are the forefront of technical innovation and production. Students, thank you for your visits and we look forward to seeing you soon!
